Like the name says, not every class on our schedule is a yoga class.
Alongside yoga, you'll find Pilates, strength, mobility, balance, and other movement-based classes designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and enjoy life in your body.
Even yoga classes vary in style, so we encourage you to read the descriptions and find the experience that's right for you.

Please register in advance. Classes with no registered students 2 hours before start time may be canceled.
Sunrise Yoga & Morning Yin Yoga: Registration closes at 10:00 PM the night before class.
Registering early helps ensure classes run as scheduled and guarantees your spot.

Class Descriptions:
Yin Yoga (with Lilly)
Sometimes your body doesn't need a deeper stretch, it needs permission to let go.
In Yin Yoga, we settle into gentle, supported poses for several minutes, using props like bolsters, blocks and blankets. As your muscles begin to relax, your body can naturally melt into each position without force or strain.
Instead of chasing flexibility, we create the conditions for your body to release tension, improve mobility, and restore a sense of ease.

Chair Strength (with Lilly)
This beginner-friendly class uses a chair for stability while we build strength, improve mobility, and work on balance, all without having to get down on the floor.
Designed for those who want to move more confidently but need a little extra support, this class focuses on practical strength for everyday life.

Your body is designed to move, and many of the aches, stiffness, and limitations we accept as "normal aging" are simply the result of moving less, breathing less, and gradually losing the variety of movement our bodies crave.
This class blends mobility, balance, breathing, functional strength, and simple movement education to help you reconnect with your body from the ground up. Each week you'll build the foundations that support everything else you do, in and out of the studio.

Vinyasa Yoga (with Lilly)
When most people picture a yoga class, they're picturing Vinyasa.
This flowing style of yoga links breath with movement as you transition from one pose to the next. Expect a balance of strength, mobility, flexibility, and mindful movement.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you'll be encouraged to move in a way that works for your body.
All Levels
Mat Pilates (with Lilly)
Your core is the foundation of almost every movement you make.
Using slow, controlled movements and intentional breathing, this low-impact class strengthens your core, activates the smaller stabilizing muscles that support your joints, and improves the way your body moves as a whole. By connecting breath with movement, you'll build strength, balance, and body awareness that carries into everyday life.
